After 18 years in sales, account management, and people leadership, I’m now transitioning my career into HR building on the people-focused experience that has been at the core of my career.Currently studying the CIPD Level 5 Diploma full-time, I’m developing expertise in employee relations, talent management, employment law, organisational development, and people strategy.Throughout my sales leadership roles, I have led end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, coaching, and L&D initiatives.
