Drive business and contractual discussions with customers consistent with Novaspect’s risk tolerance, including follow-up and resolution of outstanding issues. Develop, negotiate, and administer clear, concise, and effective non-disclosure agreements, supply contracts with customers, and sourcing contracts with vendors. Consult with internal departments (and management) on the meaning and/or impact of terms and conditions. Work collaboratively with Business Unit Management to negotiate supplier contracts. Lead contract negotiator for reseller agreements with SaaS companies and other supplier contracts, in collaboration with Business Unit Management. Maintain consistent best practices approach to contract terms and approaches. Review, improve and assist in maintaining Novaspect\'s standard terms and conditions in accordance with industry best practices.
