About Lisa Sesink
I am a young professional who loves designing orthopaedic implants that improve the lives of patients. Seeing a family member get a hip replacement while I was in high school made me realize that this field was for me. After earning bachelor\'s and master\'s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, I entered the Product Development Rotational Program at Stryker Orthopaedics where I gained a breadth of experience including custom instruments, knee products, and sustaining activities. Knowing how a joint replacement can transform a patient\'s life is what motivates me be the best engineer I can be.
