   Lisa began her career in the real estate and real estate investing industry in 2007. She was a team leader of distressed assets located across Michigan and worked closely with multiple financial institutions. With the change in economy, her residential property portfolio included property managements, property preservation, maintaining communication with banks and investors, and oversight of construction projects. Lisa brought her team management experience and vast construction knowledge to Shamrock Acquisitions in 2012. Her high level organizational skills and creative thinking has instrumentally assisted in Shamrocks tremendous growth. Lisa has been responsible for not only bringing on new flagship projects to Shamrock but also implementation of policy and procedures, online platforms, employee benefit programs, and overall employee retention. At Shamrock, Lisa manages the day-to-day operations of Shamrock headquarters and it\'s multifamily subsidiaries. She is also responsible for thorough analysis of all acquisitions, commercial management, and employee relations.Shamrock Acquisitions is a Michigan based real estate investment firm, that has investment assets nationwide. Our primary investments are in Michigan, Florida and California. We seek to acquire quality investments at discount then improve the properties through hands-on management, critical thinking, and always achieving a better way.
