I am responsible for monitoring the FR in-app TikTok ecosystem, using data to identify issues and areas for improvement. I\'m working closely with cross-functional teams including Algorithm, Partnership & Creators managers, Content team, to understand their goals and focuses to proactively identify and solve barriers to growth. The purpose of my role is to ensure a 360 view of key actions undertaken by XFN teams and help provide context and understanding of growth patterns.Ecosystem & Safety : • Keep a safe environment and take proactive approach to improve content style and community experience• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies across the entire safety ecosystem and, in response, develop and manage tiger teams to drive towards project completion Data Analysis & Research:• Understand key content quantitative metrics and potential users grow • Establish, manage and interpret key quantitative metrics and business trends around the FR ecosystem• Monitor and analyse the performances of the different in-app campaigns launched by the Content Team• Work closely with XFN teams to understand and determine reasons behind fluctuations in KPIs in the overall FR market but also more specifically for our partners and pool of creators• Deep analysis into features and partners pool to help strategic decision making
