Focus on inventory health, monitoring and reacting to intersections with both low and excess inventory. Providesolutions for sites with capacity challenges and manage intercompany transfers between 100+ DC’s.• Work with 100+ distribution centers to manage capacity thru various inventory settings including demand forecast,product screen, & safety stock levels• Utilize data from SAP, Blue Yonder & Power BI to monitor, analyze & report on inventory health.• Partner with a broad range of business partners (IT, SAP functional teams, product accounting, field operations, sales,transportation, product marketing, & internal audit) to create or refine policy, educate various teams, and create newreporting to help the field monitor various status inventory movement.• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and solving problems on both a reactive and proactive basis. For example,a sales representative requested an inventory transfer to support a sale, however it would wipe out all inventory at theother location, creating one happy customer, but upsetting the customers at the other location. After diving into thedetails, it was discovered he was selling more than 4x his forecast for many months in a row – from there worked to getan emergency order delivered as well as helped him get his forecast updated so this does not continue to be a problemeach month.• Recommend solutions to facilitate immediate decisions and/or contingencies on things such as lead-time adjustments,inventory transfers, expedited orders, while looping in all stakeholders• Optimize customer experiences by ensuring the right tires in the right quantities are in the right place at the right timeby identifying forecast variances and calling them out to sales & demand teams for adjustments, working with sales anddemand teams on excess inventory situations.• Participate in, contribute to S & OE, and S & OP bi-weekly meetings.
