My recent tenure at Powerback Rehab and Compass Group allowed me to utilize my skills in implementing robust recruitment frameworks across various lines of business, solidifying leadership in talent strategy. Before joining Aramark Healthcare+, Lisa spent a year and a half at Powerback Rehabilitation, transforming the recruitment strategies, leveraging data, and recruitment marketing. Her expertise spans over two decades as a registered dietitian, client executive leader, and talent strategist. In her first year as a recruiter, Lisa successfully placed 405 salaried management candidates.Before making her mark in talent acquisition, Lisa excelled in healthcare leadership. She served as a Regional Director of Operations for Morrison Healthcare, overseeing multi-unit food service departments. Her tenure at Morrison Healthcare encompassed various roles, from Regional Clinical Nutrition Manager to Senior Director.Lisa\'s commitment extends beyond her professional endeavors, as evidenced by her active involvement in professional organizations. She currently holds the esteemed position of President at the TN Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and actively participates in committees with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Her contributions to the field were recognized with the prestigious award of Outstanding RDN of the Year for TN & Memphis in 2019.Lisa holds an MBA from the University of Memphis and a degree in Food, Nutrition, & Dietetics from Mississippi State University. She has a strong philanthropic commitment through her involvement with various community organizations, including Common Table Health Alliance and The Junior League of Memphis.Lisa\'s exceptional achievements have garnered widespread recognition, including being honored as Memphis Finest by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in 2016 and receiving the Top 40 Under 40 distinction from the Memphis Business Journal in 2014. She is also recognized as a Fellow by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and has been awarded the titles of Recognized Young RD of the Year in both TN and Memphis in 2010.Lisa remains actively engaged in advancing her profession through involvement in professional and volunteer organizations.
