As the founder of Bloom Coaching & Consulting, I partner with individuals and organizations to develop confident, self-aware leaders who navigate change with clarity, resilience, and purpose - on land and at sea. I’ve always had what I call “itchy feet” - a natural curiosity to explore the world and connect with people from all walks of life. That spirit led me from the airline industry to the sea, becoming one of the first HR & Training & Development Managers onboard Celebrity Cruises (Royal Caribbean Group). What began as an adventure evolved into a 20+ year career shaping leaders in complex, multicultural, high-performance environments - both shipboard and shoreside.My work spans executive coaching, leadership development, and career progression across industries, with a recognized specialism in the maritime and cruise sector. I’m also known as “The Seafarers Coach,” supporting crew members, officers, and maritime professionals across all ranks, nationalities, and vessel types either individually or through their organizations. Through this experience, I developed a deep understanding of leadership in motion - where decisions are made in real time, cultures collide, and performance matters. Today, I bring that same grounded, practical perspective into my coaching, helping leaders think clearly, lead confidently, and perform at their best in fast-paced, results-driven environments. While my roots are in maritime, my work extends far beyond it. I coach executives, emerging leaders, and professionals navigating growth, transition, and performance across a wide range of industries - whether that’s stepping into a bigger role, rebuilding confidence, or leading others with greater impact and presence. My approach blends practical leadership strategy with deep coaching, emotional intelligence, and energy leadership. I’m a certified Professional Coach with credentials in Positive Leadership and Positive Teams, and I bring over two decades of experience with a Fortune 500 organization.
