In addition to family, my primary passion is assisting others in enhancing their quality of life. Nutrition, fitness and photography allow me to pursue that objective. I enjoy the study and implementation of physical fitness principles personally, as well as assisting others seeking to achieve their own goals. Participating in exercise activities such as weigh training and intense cardio, as well as eating for optimal health give me a baseline to relate with clients. It is fulfilling to incorporate what I learn from engaging in my own routine when educating and assisting others seeking to be as fit as their circumstances allow.@picyourimage / Using photography to memorialize important events also adds significant value to the quality of life.
