ABOUT LISA QUIER WAGNER
I bring over 25 years of domestic and international retail, outlet center and mixed-use development and asset management experience to TORG, and apply a global perspective to center development, including site identification, feasibility assessment, business and strategic planning, and marketing strategy to maximize asset value and investor returns. I have overseen the grand opening and/or marketing of more than 50 centers around the world. I began my career in the industry in 1988 as Vice President and Director of Marketing for McArthur Glen Group, where I was an active participant in the company\'s development program while creating and implementing marketing programs for the company\'s portfolio. My role expanded to encompass both corporate and consumer marketing as the company grew into the nation\'s premier developer, owner and operator of outlet shopping centers. I was instrumental in the company\'s IPO in 1994, one of the first in the sector. Building on this success, I was one of the early pioneers of the outlet industry in Europe, joining McArthur Glen Europe at the outset of the company. We opened the first American-style outlet projects in England and France, with many others in the pipeline. Subsequently, as a founding partner of Outlet Centres International (a London-based subsidiary of Lehman Brothers), we opened centers in Scotland and Sweden, and persevered in opening a center in Zweibruecken, Germany, one of the first in that country. My return to the US fulltime resulted in numerous roles on the development and turnaround of centers throughout the US and Canada, while still maintaining relationships in Europe. The formation of TORG was the culmination of all of these experiences in the US and abroad, synthesizing the knowledge gained and the collaboration with other best-in-class industry experts.
