With over 10 years of experience in eCommerce supply chain management, I have a proven track record of driving value for customers and stakeholders through lean capabilities, project management skills, and analytical skills.Some of my key accomplishments include reducing order lead time by 5 days, contributing over $40+MM in returned money to clients,$8+MM in revenue generation and $10+MM in cost avoidance, developing a Supply Chain department, and leading cross-functional out of stock problem solving that resulted in $670M of incremental sales and fine prevention. I am passionate about building relationships, leading teams, driving results, and enabling growth through customer collaboration and innovation. I hold a BBA in Operations Management and a BA in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
