This achievement earned me the honor of being invited by my regional VP to visit other agencies onsite to not only train teams to implement proven processes but also conduct compliance audits, ensuring accurate documentation, coding, and face-to-face documentation aligned with billing requirements. Additionally, I assisted with audits in preparation for mock surveys, state surveys, and The Joint Commission surveys.I am actively engaged in conducting QA audits, providing detailed feedback on performance, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency. In terms of Subrogation Process Management, I have assisted with overseeing the development and management of a new system for handling subrogation, which involves instructing others to ensure seamless implementation. My role also involves extensive data analysis and investigating errors to inform strategic decisions, with oversight extending to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings. Collaboration is key, and I work closely with internal departments to address any errors or appeals. I provide comprehensive support during internal and external audits and respond promptly to client or attorney requests. Additionally, I am involved with building a Claims Training SharePoint library complete with PowerPoint presentations and SOPs to streamline training processes. Reviewing documents to ensure compliance with PHI/HIPAA regulations is a priority, as I aim to adhere to all necessary standards. Finally, I manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines through effective prioritization and focused work.
