With 25 years in the industry—including nearly 15 at Nike—I’ve built global businesses, grown iconic brands, and led high-performing teams through complexity, transformation, and growth. From launching Jordan Women’s from the ground up to scaling Jordan Kids into a multi-billion-dollar business, I’ve seen firsthand how bold ideas and sustainable success start by unlocking potential—within the business and the people behind it. I lead with clarity and conviction, but also with heart. I care deeply about the individuals I work with and create space for diverse thinking, authentic leadership, and personal development.
