Lisa Perchinske is a venue operations, ticketing, marketing, and customer service professional with 14+ years of performing arts experience in New York City and the Greater Cleveland area.Most recently she worked at HomeTown Ticketing in Client Success and Business Development leading the development and growth of performing arts revenue. Previously she worked in Marketing and Ticket Services at Carnegie Hall on group sales strategy and operations, email campaigns, and virtual events during the historic 20••••21 season. Prior to that she worked at Disney Theatrical Group managing ticket pricing, inventory, box office operations, and sales partnerships for The Lion King and Aladdin on Broadway. Responsible for $185M in annual revenue. She also previously worked at Jujamcyn Theaters where she managed ticketing operations for five Broadway houses. Cultivated relationships with external show partners and senior leadership, executed programming of event builds and offers, analyzed sales data, and provided customer service.A graduate of Kent State University, previous roles include administrative assistant, receptionist, building and facilities operations, brand ambassador, and telesales. When she’s not working Lisa can be found outside in a park, enjoying time with her family, or fighting for equal rights for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
