About Lisa Parlato Ledonne
As the VP GC Data Privacy, Cyber & Trust, Digital Data and AI Governance at Honeywell, I lead the company\'s compliance programs across these areas for all markets and regions. Since early 2024, I have led the ideation, development and operationalization of Honeywell\'s Responsible AI governance framework across all legal, business, and functional areas. I oversee a team of professionals who collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Honeywell\'s products and services meet our high standards for responsible AI, data protection, data governance, legal compliance, safety and trust. My team focuses on operationalizing applicable laws and embedding privacy, responsible AI, and security by design across all business operations globally, including Digital Marketing, IT, Engineering, Human Resources, Cybersecurity, and business transactions. I chair an executive board that sets policies for the responsible use of data and collaborates on technologies, processes and operating models including in our use of AI, Generative AI and ML. I co-chair a Digital Marketing council responsible for policies and standards for digital marketing and online advertising. I founded and co-chair the legal function\'s Inclusion Council. I strive to foster a culture of compliance excellence and innovation at Honeywell and in larger industry.
