   Merchandise Planning and Inventory Management (MPIM) IT lead through SAP S4 global implementations Within SAP S4 for the US and upcoming for Europe, focus on Virtual Inventory Reservation (VIR) through Explore, Design, Realize, Cutover Rehearsal, SIT Cycles, UAT and Cutover, engage with end users to build out requirements through Functional Spec Documents and the technical teams to bring the requirements to life. Responsible for UAT test cases, work with users on execution and provide full hypercare support post go-live. Leveraging institutional knowledge, consult on various projects throughout the organization to drive decisions, providing context or pulling in proper resources, while also acting as SME for cross-functional reporting in SAP BI and Tableau Drive decisions in Master Data space for specific Customer entities and attributes engaging business and technical stakeholders from cross-functional teams to review recommendations, executing the setup for CR/SIT cycles in Informatica, and worked through complex issues/defects raised during testing. Worked with Data Science team, building on a proof of concept, to create ML models as an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to enhance existing inventory protection solution in SAP AFS, resulting in significantly improved predictions. Worked with business and IT partners to analyze business technology issues, build action plan and lead path to resolution. Collaborated with Google Cloud Platform partner Pluto 7 to develop ML capability to predict product length, width, height, and weight of LS & Co products that will save substantial man hours on behalf of vendors entering the information manually.
