It is The MODE’s vision to ensure the clients have optimal substance abuse services encompassing empathy, faith, and hope. Lisa is an Executive Director who has demonstrated a history of working in the health care industry treating those with addiction disorders. She is skilled in Sales, Leadership, Substance Abuse, and Chemical Dependency. She decided to open a treatment center in 2020 because she saw a need for a fresh approach to treat those who suffer from addiction in Northeastern Ohio. Lisa’s previous experiences in the field coupled with her education gives her the expertise for excellent client care. A likable business development professional with a Masters of Education in Counseling, Lisa possesses multiples skills for providing quality treatment. She holds the following licenses: LICDC (Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor) and an SWA (Social Work Assistant). Lisa exhibits care and compassion for people through her work. She believes a strong supportive staff is the answer to overcoming addiction. Lisa and her team understand the dance it takes between tough love and nurturing when treating clients. The MODE’s family program is an asset for each client’s recovery. In addition, it is evident that honesty, communication and helping the clients to stay accountable are keys to The MODE’s success.
