With more than 20 years of human capital management solutions experience, I successfully lead teams to proactively manage customer relationships, ensuring customers are fully supported through the implementation process and beyond. Moreover, I create key performance indicators to measure the customer’s overall health during the implementation phase in order to deliver extraordinary levels of client satisfaction. As an employee-centric leader, I have always believed that managing holistically is the key to success and performance improvement. Repeatedly, I have built highly experienced, capable teams who delight in empowering client organizations with robust and advanced technology solutions. Furthermore, I have managed teams from 5-150 people, including product implementation and customer success teams. Most recently, I was promoted to Senior Manager of Implementation with Paychex to lead teams who are responsible for the implementation and onboarding of Paychex solutions to over new clients annually. In this role, I reduced customer escalations 75% and decreased customer backlog 50% by acting as a contact for clients during the implementation process to resolve issues, answer questions, and meet expectations. My experience makes me especially well-suited for senior level roles in payroll organizations, but I remain open to exploring other interesting positions.
