Lead a team that establishes and operationalizes policies and procedures, drives toward excellent customer service standards, enforcement of regulations, and sustainable operations. Manage a budget of over $4.5 million with annual revenues of over $2 million and a capital fund of approximately $2.5 million. Supervise a high-performing team of 7 P&A, civil service, AFSCME, and Teamster employees in addition to 10+ student workers.
