About Lisa Neal
She/Her/Hers) I\'m proud to serve Skanska USA Building in two different but complementary capacities. As a Senior VDC Engineer, I work in BIM, Reality Capture (laser scanning, Matterport, 360 photography), and Enhanced Turnover. In support of Skanska\'s growing Enhanced Turnover service, I help aggregate, organize, and migrate critical asset and attribute data for clients with the goal of providing owners and facility managers with day one operational readiness. I also support Skanska\'s reality capture services, performing laser scanning and Matterport capture for projects throughout the country. As a Supply Chain Program co-lead, I help develop and manage commercial relationships and agreements with key equipment manufacturers on a national scale. I built and maintain the custom application that supports our program and I oversee our accounting processes.
