With over 25 years of leadership in independent schools, I am an experienced Head of School dedicated to building purpose-driven communities founded on integrity, compassion, and a strong belief in the transformative power of education. Central to my work is a focus on students, creating the conditions for authentic learning, meaningful connections, joy, wonder, and ongoing personal and intellectual growth. I have led institutions through periods of growth and change, aligning mission with daily practices and working to foster environments where educators thrive and students are genuinely known. My experiences as a Klingenstein Heads of School Fellow, a Certified ThoughtPartner™ Coach, and a faculty member for the NAIS Fellowship for Aspiring School Heads have all shaped my vision and purpose.
