   In my current role, I develop and manage performance metrics for recruitment campaigns from impressions to panel member acquisition and activation. I create and implement panelist recruitment strategies and work with the creative team in the creation of content, campaign messaging, and artwork. I drive content and campaign messaging development and optimization, handle quarterly budget updates and reforecasting and oversee the recruitment budget of $2.5M.Here are a couple of accomplishments that I am proud of:• Facilitated bringing the panelist recruitment platform in-house to reduce spending and have more control over the landing page, surveys and leads. • Create campaign performance, reporting and analyzing of results, making appropriate adjustments when necessary.
