Reviews clearance results with IP Counsel and communicates results to Business Clients. • Reviews weekly communications from Baxter’s trademark watch service. • Collaborates and cooperates with attorneys to prepare trademark portfolio schedules for Business Development mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and assists with analyzing information about potential targets and their trademark portfolios.
