Accountable to build and maintain strategic relationships with our strategic and core clients-Responsible to engage with existing NAT clients and produce shared account plans, conduct periodic status and relationship meetings, facilitate strategic meetings, and serve as a firm level escalation point of contact-Responsible for delivering outstanding client experiences to the client firms in the NAT network in such a manner to generate additional trust referrals-In-depth industry knowledge of best practices and procedures for maintaining trust and custody relationships with clients-Responsible for managing the development of account managers-Collaborate with multiple teams including Client Services, Operations, Legal, Finance, IT and Trust Administration-Producer for growing and expanding existing firm relationships with laser focused on delivering an outstanding client journey to key firms served by NAT
