ABOUT LISA MCGLYNN

I am a labor and employment lawyer representing management in all areas of employment law. I practice exclusively employment law and have successfully defended employers of all size in litigation in both State and Federal courts. Further, I have significant experience handling matters at the administrative level, including before the EEOC, the FCHR, and DOAH. Additionally, I enjoy counseling employers before the need for litigation arises, and I frequently do things such as handbook and policy reviews, supervisor trainings, and provide general guidance and support. I am responsive and can almost always be reached quickly via either phone or e-mail. I have spoken frequently on employment law topics across Florida, as well as conducting nationwide webinars. Additionally, I give back to my community, and in particular am active with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation where I have served as co-chair of the Hollywood, Florida Great Strides Walk.
