About Lisa McDonald
My passion is guiding others to success through program and transformation management and coaching. I help clients effectively change the way they and their businesses work with a \"community/team-based\" emphasis and approach to optimize implementation success and longevity. I apply this across a variety of cost, regulatory, and growth scenarios - traditional cost take outs, climate change adaptation strategy, policy formulation, and M&A implementations. At the end of the day, the synergy of team success greatly outweighs that of individual accomplishment.
