Program Manager for the Association Management PlatformOffice of Strategic PlanningIn my present work at as Program Manager (PM) for the B2C membership platform I combine, I combine product management, business analysis, project management,and operational experience in my day to day work. This includes- responsibility for driving and executing the roadmap of a product line as well as providing strategic guidance and overseeing product operational support- coordinating the activities of a small team of software developers, serving as the primary liaison to the business units, and leading the development process as part of the Office of Strategic Planning (OSP)- working on projects that are a mix of new development, replacement, and enhancement projects- driving the roadmap by funneling, filtering and prioritizing stakeholder inputs and by working closely with customers, IT management, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions- ensuring these solutions are aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s implementation standards.
