With 20 years of cumulative experience, I\'ve ignited passion in the beauty industry as a Joico Hair Color Artist & Educator, and as the owner of my own successful salon. My mission has always been to empower others through innovative education and collaborative experiences. At Joico, I honed my skills in driving brand visibility and product adoption through engaging content creation, in-person & digital education facilitation, and leading high-performing education teams. I\'ve consistently exceeded sales targets while fostering strong relationships with sales/marketing teams and distributors franchise owners, demonstrating a proven ability to translate business acumen into impactful results. However, I\'m at a pivotal moment in my career, seeking a new challenge that aligns with my evolving passions. I\'m driven by a desire for continuous personal and professional growth, seeking a collaborative environment where I can learn from diverse perspectives and contribute to a shared vision. Recent experiences, including working with a business coaching group, have reinforced the importance of connecting with like-minded individuals and leveraging collective knowledge & experiences to achieve greatness.
