ABOUT LISA MAUL

A diverse management consultant with a tenured career built through successful senior level program and project management experience with Contract, Business and Project Management. Lisa\'s career encompasses more than thirty years of progressive experience managing development, justification and execution of annual budgets in excess of $100 million, as well as life-cycle projects that exceed $1 billion. She is innovative, and results-oriented, possessing a comprehensive background leading and implementing technical, operational and administrative requirements associated with major construction, engineering, decommissioning, manufacturing and IT projects. Lisa has successfully established and managed Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Business Services, Project Support Organizations, and Project Management Offices (PMOs) to support functional integration of diverse programs and projects, as well as overseen integrated Supply Chain Management operations to accomplish program objectives.Lisa has substantial experience with federal budget, contract acquisition and project management processes. She has managed incentive and fixed fee contracts to support strategic planning objectives, near-term priorities, and long-term performance goals, and has been responsible for developing and executing capital asset projects requiring Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance for the government.She currently provides leadership and resources for development and management of proposals and baseline plans that comply with technical and administrative requirements.
