ABOUT LISA MARTEN
I’ve been a qualified chartered accountant (ICAS) since 2015, and I’ve been working in corporate tax with Big 4 firms for over a decade, specializing in tax advisory services for large corporate clients (both inbound and outbound) and tax due diligence / tax structuring services for M&A transactions. I regularly manage teams across countries and across lines of service / tax areas to deliver high quality advice that is technically robust but also focused on my clients’ commercial objectives. I am currently working on leading and growing our deals tax and large corporate teams in PwC’s Cambridge office, working with clients across London, the East of England, and the Southeast region.
