Created and directed the overall corporate infrastructure, including IT, HR, insurance and legal, for an early stage, global auction startup, specializing in art, watches, as well as diverse luxury items, reporting to the U.S. Managing Director. • Managed the execution of all real estate, facilities and construction development projects, from conception through delivery, including planning, security, contractor and vendor engagement. Worked directly with the architect of Google NY headquarters on two major buildout projects, which were completed on time as well as within the designated budget. • Played a key role in the merger of the two corporations, including consolidation of accounts, saving between 10-57% in various areas, including IT, HR and insurance. • Directed all employee practices, state compliances, onboarding, benefits, recruiting, HRIS systems and corporate culture. • Working closely with the Managing Director, assisted in the business growth of the corporation through numerous strategies, collaborations and contacts. • Established and managed the continued growth of the IT Department, which included the implementation of telecommunication and networking systems, desktop software and hardware, in addition to administering the appropriate technology for a live broadcast studio. • Liaison with international offices in order to align with company goals, strategies and objectives as well as foster open communications.
