About Lisa Longman
I am fortunate to work in the International Trade Office at the Iowa Economic Development Authority. Our office works with Iowa companies to help begin or grow their exports. There is a world full of customers and we want to help Iowa companies connect with them. Specifically, I administer grants provided to eligible Iowa companies to exhibit at international trade shows, participate in IEDA trade missions, obtain export education and other international marketing efforts. Over the past few years, we have moved to Salesforce not only as our CRM, but also as our online application system for grants. This has provided me the opportunity to build a strong background in Salesforce administration.
