Lisa Logan is a senior media lawyer and has over twenty years’ experience in film, television, publishing, music, digital media and technology law. Lisa spent over a decade in-house at leading US multinationals including Disney, Nickelodeon and Discovery Channel before moving back to private practice, where she was a Partner and Head of Media/TV for 12 years at Gateley and then at Simkins LLP. Her clients included production companies, financiers/banks, distributors, talent, and broadcasters. She has wide ranging TV/Film production, finance, distribution, music, advertising/sponsorship, talent, channel carriage, digital media/apps/online, theatre, IP and technology experience. She advises on co-productions, treaty co-productions, TV and Film financing, commissions, distribution deals, Ofcom (and EU) regulatory matters, TV and VOD applications/notifications. She also advises on corporate deals, company set-up, shareholder agreements, JVs and investments.
