In the past I have managed the inbound freight for various PFG & Vistar locations along with spending part of my 28 year career as a Merchandise Manager before moving into the transportation part of the business. As a Logistics Manager I handle inbound 3rd party carrier shipments (LTL & TL) for Performance Food Group which include negotiating with carriers to maintain a strong carrier base to assure on time deliveries and competative rates. I handle freight claims as necessary, review & approve carrier invoices for accuracy.
