I am a seasoned policy strategist known for my command of the legislative and regulatory process as well as my ability to translate that expertise into results for highly regulated industries. With a deep understanding of how Washington, D.C. actually works, including procedure, timing, power dynamics, and personalities, I help clients navigate complexity and get things done.Currently, I am a Partner at Mindset, a multi-client advisory and advocacy firm with over 100 clients across various sectors. I also serve on the Board of the Exchequer Club and as an Advisory Council Member of the Global Women\'s Innovation Network (GlobalWIN). Before joining Mindset, I was the Chief Counsel to the House Financial Services Committee and prior to the that I served at the Federal Housing Administration in the Department of Housing and Urban Development. I\'m a Phi Beta Kappa and GW Law Alum.
