My role involves, overseeing the end-to-end learner journey, ensuring all enrolment, progress, and completion processes are compliant and accurately recorded. To monitor learner progress and performance, producing timely reports to track achievement, compliance, and funding outcomes. Coordinate reviews and ensure documentation (ILRs, agreements, commitment statements, OTJ logs) is complete and audit ready.Support Ofsted readiness and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.Act as a key liaison between employers, learners, delivery staff, and quality teams to ensure a consistent, compliant, and positive experience.Identify and report on potential risks to funding compliance, data accuracy, or learner progress.
