I am a seasoned professional who is well rounded in all areas of Business. SAP Concur - ACT [Advanced Configuration Training] Certification in 2020. 10 + Years of experience in SAP Concur Travel and Expense supporting configuration, implementation and heavy support to end users. IBM Cognos Reporting - Using both Query and Report Studio. Work with clients and SAP Concur resources to gather functional and technical requirements for system implementations and integration with HCM and Finance upstream/downstream of multiple systems including middleware. SAP Concur administration, file import/exports, forms, workflows, audit rules, and provide training and knowledge transfer to client/end users for both sides of Concur - Travel and Expense. My background supports Manufacturing, Retail, and Insurance Industries. I have held positions in Human Resources, Payroll, IT, Finance & Shared Services, Treasury, Global Security and Sales. Many roles I held include: IT and Finance Support as an Administrator, Business Analyst and Project Manager, along with Executive Assistant experience supporting Executives making travel arrangements and manage calendars. I have built internal web pages for two organizations to enhance training and to host user guides, links, forms and policies. I have conducted Concur system implementation, created three way match tests, with validation on UAT test scripts. I have managed the Concur 305 and 350 daily file/connector feeds, identified errors and provided resolutions. I have strong customer service and change management experience along with SOX compliance. I am able to perform account reconciliation, ad hoc reporting, produce oral and written communication, and demonstrate strong technical skills. The past eight years I have gained experience conducting bank reconciliations, account accrual, journal entries, and uploaded data into SAP. In Treasury, submitted large wire transfers between bank accounts, processed bank files, and produced bank reports for metrics purposes. My skills also include creating PIVOT Tables, formulas and Vlookups to analyze data which has allowed me to locate fraud and unethical behavior through patterns and trends. My strategic talent, and organizational skills allow me to provide support to all areas of any business Globally with collaboration and Integrity.
