Together, we build strategic partnerships with developers, landlords, and local authorities to secure short- to medium-term access to underutilised buildings.SET offers a unique, cost-saving solution to vacancy. By taking on the operational burden covering empty property rates, utilities, and basic maintenance. We transform otherwise idle assets into thriving creative hubs for artists, while helping property owners reduce costs and risk.Key Responsibilities:New Business Development: Identifying and engaging property owners with surplus or transitional space, from individual assets to large portfolios.Pitching & Presenting: Delivering tailored presentations that highlight SET’s value proposition as a cost-neutral vacant property solution.Deal Origination: Coordinating site viewings, managing first-stage negotiations, and facilitating the agreement of Heads of Terms.Stakeholder Engagement: Establishing partnerships with local councils, planning teams, and property agents to widen our network and pipeline.Property Strategy & Promotion: Supporting promotional campaigns, maintaining our property database, and representing SET at industry-facing events.We\'re currently developing a pipeline of vacant properties and building new relationships with property professionals across London.
