Currently the focal for Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Engineering Resource Management for hiring strategies development and execution. Work with Engineering leaders across sites and engineering disciplines to understand their business environment and statement of work in effort to translate that data into annual hiring strategies. Provide guidance and support around hiring processes and procedures. Lead or participate in various levels of demand planning exercises and workshops in effort to collect quarterly demand requirement.
