Currently, I oversee and manage domestic and international contract negotiations for specific business units within Collins. This also includes serving as a member of an operational sub-committee to identify process improvements regarding specific contract workflows and cross-functional teams. In my role I’m also responsible for the following- Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements- Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and make recommendations for mitigation- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate successful contract negotiations- Serve as the main point of contact for all contractual matters- Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in contract language and financial terms- Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements or modifications as needed- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide updates and reports on contract status and performance.
