   Promoted to rehearsal director from ballet master in 2017. Oversee day-to-day operation of the artistic department of a mid-size metropolitan ballet company with an annual budget of $9 million. Responsibilities include managing relationship between artistic and production staff, rehearsing all corps de ballet pieces, casting productions, and staging, in keeping with the high standards of a professional artistic company. Specific responsibilities:• Create schedules for Marketing, Production and Artistic leaders based on production requirements and available resources for five annual productions, including George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, and other artist activities• Teach professional company daily class; teach all ages in the Oregon Ballet Theatre School and rehearse children in OBT productions• Ensure compliance with American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA) and regulations• Manage casting for all productions and performances• Collaborate with choreographers and stagers in creating new ballets and staging existing repertory • Acting as artistic representative with local and national media outlets, at fundraising galas and development events, and with VIP guest artists, patrons, and donors• Experience staging work by multiple contemporary choreographers, including Alvin Ailey, Jennifer Archibald, Nacho Duato, Nicolo Fonte, William Forsythe, James Kudelka, Lar Lubovitch, Trey McIntyre, Darrell Grand Moultrie, Twyla Tharp, and Septime Webre• Perform as character dancer in various productions
