I’m not here to keep healthcare comfortable—I’m here to break it open and rebuild it so patients stop getting left behind.For over two decades in pharma and health tech, I’ve had one mission: expose what isn’t working, and fix it. That means challenging “the way we’ve always done it,” even when it makes boardrooms squirm. That’s why I get called into the conversations others avoid—because I don’t sugarcoat, and I don’t stall. I drive change until it happens.My reputation comes from leading with honesty and authenticity. I’ve earned trust at every level—from patients to the C-suite—by facing hard truths and asking the questions everyone else avoids. Along the way, I’ve helped teams revolutionize patient recruitment, reimagine engagement strategies, and design inclusive spaces where breakthrough solutions can actually take root.I also know innovation isn’t just about strategy decks or AI platforms—it’s about people. I founded the Safe Space mental health resource group because real transformation starts with creating environments where people can be vulnerable, honest, and heard. My perspective is shaped not only by my career but by raising three teenagers navigating mental health, gender identity, and sexuality. That lived reality fuels how I lead and why inclusion is non-negotiable for me.Whether it’s reshaping clinical trial access, building diversity into healthcare systems, or creating room for brave mental health conversations, I lead with one rule: stop doing what doesn’t work and start doing what truly serves people.If that sounds disruptive, good.
