Manage AP and RCM Staff – 5 on shore, 5 offshore. Teams make approximately $4B in payments per year. Transitioned the Company from using bill.com for payments to NetSuite payments, including the rollout of bill capture to ease manual data entry. Rollout of Zone and Co for approvals within the organization. To support NetSuite payments, the company transitioned from a mid-level bank that could not support NetSuite payments to a large Corporate Bank. Documentation of AP processes and procedures to include a coding matrix for the team. Maintain internal custodial controls as it relates to procure to pay processes. Created complete W9 and 1099 process for the company from scratch. Created AP control environment for company. No Sox controls prior to arrival. Led the effort to purchase GateKeeper. VCLM Platform to gain visibility into spend and compliance. Currently neither are done by company.
