ABOUT LISA KEATING
As the Head of Operational Delivery at Equivo, I lead our operational teams to provide excellent client and customer service experiences for our financial lending and purchasing clients across the UK. I have over 20 years of experience in the legal and recoveries sector, with a focus on delivering quality service, strategic and commercial advice, and regulatory compliance. I am passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement, and I hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. I apply my skills and knowledge to optimise our processes, systems, and performance, and to ensure we meet and exceed our clients\' expectations and needs. I also have a background in project management and agile methodology, and I have successfully implemented several initiatives to enhance our operational efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation. I am a volunteer for the CCUA (Civil Court User Association), and Chair the Bulk Court User Group; lobbying and working with HMCTS and the Ministry of Justice, for a better Court Service.
