About Lisa K. Pearson

I’m a capacity builder, connector and arranger - I love figuring out first, how things work, and second, how they could work even better. I enjoy leading, supporting and developing people, organizations, and strategic plans that enhance mission delivery across sectors. I use strategic communication, diplomacy, and an ability to quickly “connect the dots” to help organizations gain trust, increase collaboration and capacity, and creatively solve problems. I am an experienced civil servant whose strength is increasing the effectiveness of the organizations I serve. I have a master’s degree in public policy, spent years doing anything and everything related to HR, and most recently led a 4-state federal real estate team of 250+ people managing almost 15 million square feet of owned and leased real estate generating annual rental payments in excess of $430 million. I improved engagement and leadership in the organization, developed and implemented a cohesive strategic plan, and was able to measurably improve business outcomes. I’ve been tapped multiple times to develop and stand up new organizations, and have worked at both national and regional levels.
