With over 25 years of sales and management experience in the gift and home decor industry, I am a seasoned leader and strategist who excels in driving sales growth and profitability for start-up, private, and public retail companies. I have a solid background in all product phases, from purchasing and distribution, to merchandising and marketing, to sales and replenishment. As the Senior Vice President of Sales at Sullivans, I oversee all of our sale channels. Specialty Independents, National / Key accounts and Marketplace and Wholesale Ecommerce customers across multiple retail channels. I am responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans and forecasts, nurturing critical alliances, and creating recurring revenue streams and long-term partnerships. I am also skilled in business analytics, category management, and third-party distribution.
