I am part of a team who deliver the Business Wales initiative, employed by Menter Mon. Menter Mon is a social enterprise company based in Anglesey, North Wales.My role currently consists of providing business support to existing SME’s. Over the years I have also provided support for pre start businesses as well. The role involves a diagnostic discussion which aids in the identification of challenges being faced by the business it is then up to me to work with the business to resolve any issues – I have dealt with issues pertaining to product pricing, hire purchase through to recruitment and sourcing grants. This is all done in a team environment to meet Welsh Government targets set for the Business Wales initiative.As part of my role I identify webinar opportunities, create the learning content and teaching strategy and deliver to the sector.
