Hello, I am Lisa, welcome to my LinkedIn profile! Being half Spanish, half German, I consider myself having both the ‘southern‘ flexibility and passion as well as the ‘nothern‘ structure and directness. I have always liked to combine my creativity with my solution-orientation to work with and for people. As a positive and curious person I like to take up new challenges, especially in a team. I believe that we can complement each other with our different strengths while reaching our goals efficiently together. Getting into a new project, I keep 5 main things in mind: The goal, clear communication with the team and the client, a structured concept, creative openness and respect for each other. For me it is important to work on solutions within a learning environment. When I\'m not giving free rein to my creativity at work, I love reading (my current top recos are:\'Le Petit Prince\',\'Make Time\' and \'Miteinander Reden 3\' by Schulz v. Thun), doing all kinds of sports, spending quality time with me (e.g. meditating) or my loved ones, connecting via Lean In, & ahead, Working out Load.(esp. about Diversity & Equality, Sustainability, New Work)- and looking spontanously what else the world has to offer or what I can do for the world instead. Currently trying myself in increasing Monotasking. Happy to get to know you and exchange ideas.
