WORK HISTORY
President @Associated Colleges Of The Midwest
Chicago, IL, US
Established in 1958, the Associated Colleges of the Midwest (ACM) is an association of fourteen colleges united in academic partnership, which use the ACM to conduct joint initiatives that would not be possible independently. ACM manages a diverse portfolio of offerings, including professional development for faculty and staff, securing external grants for collaborative projects, and sustaining communities of practice for individuals from member institutions. As President, I consult regularly with the 14 member colleges, presidents, and advisory boards to establish and realize a strategic vision for ACM’s future. As President, I oversee all partnerships and collaborative programs and activities among the 14 member colleges, including professional development opportunities, grant-funded programs, data sharing, and tuition exchange. As President, I shepherd the organization’s resources to fulfill our mission, overseeing an endowment of approximately $18 million, an operating budget of approximately $1.6 million, and the work of six consortial staff.
