ABOUT LISA J. OLIVER
I am a seasoned leader in the banking industry with experience running a national line of business at a Fortune 500 bank. In 2017, I joined The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod (The Coop), as President and CEO, becoming the first female CEO in its 100-year history. In 2020, I was named the Bank’s first Chair of the Board of Directors. I am focused on leading a fiscally-strong mutual financial intuition that is able to meet the diverse needs of our consumer and business customers while providing ongoing support to the nonprofit community on Cape Cod. I am committed to ensuring that our stakeholders (employees, clients and the community at large) benefit from The Coop community by focusing on long term goals, not short term returns.
